my inspiration

When I step into the woods, I feel the world slow down. The sway of trees, the dappled light, the small pauses of stillness—they remind me that peace can be found. Hiking through forests and landscapes has become more than just a pastime for me; it is where I return to myself, where I breathe deeper and where I find inspiration for my art.
My creativity also flows from my emotions and from the deep privilege of holding space for others as a therapist. I have witnessed and experienced how heavy pain can be, how shadows of self-doubt ,misalignment and trauma can loom large. My own story carries that thread too. I often describe myself as a recovering people-pleaser, someone who learned to minimize her voice and presence to avoid attention and to keep the peace. But in dimming myself, I carried a different kind of pain—the ache of never being fully seen.
Art has given me a way to reclaim my voice, and to protect my own peace without apology. Through my work, I want to encourage others to do the same: to seek out their own pieces of peace in the midst of life’s chaos. This idea inspired my product line—not as a collection of objects, but as an offering. Each piece honors the struggles we face, acknowledges the weight of our shared human experience, and creates small, safe, peaceful moments to carry with us.
In both art and therapy, I believe in reflection, connection, and gentleness toward ourselves. Nature reminds me of this, my emotions confirm it, and my work invites others to step into it too—because even in the hardest seasons, we can still find pieces of peace. More than that, we can grow from those moments, curating lives that feel aligned with who we truly are—lives rooted in authenticity, resilience, and peace.
